These terms govern your use of hairbymaryjames.com and any consultation, appointment, or service booked with Mary Nichols / The James Edit ("we," "us") in Cleveland, Ohio. By using this site or booking a service, you agree to these terms.
All new extension clients are required to start with a consultation before any service is booked or hair is ordered. This lets us assess your hair, discuss your goals, and confirm the right method for you.
Please provide at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Extension appointments are long and involve pre-ordered hair, so late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Extensions are color-matched and ordered specifically for your appointment. Because of this, deposits or payments for custom-ordered hair are generally non-refundable once the order has been placed, except where required by law.
Aftercare instructions are provided at your appointment. Following the provided aftercare guidance helps protect the longevity and appearance of your extensions or color service.
