A consultation is not a sales appointment. It is the part where someone looks at your actual hair and tells you the truth about what it can do.
Two people can bring in the same inspiration picture and need completely different answers, because they have different density, different condition, and different lives. One might be a straightforward install. The other might need three months of repair first.
Skipping this step is how people end up with extensions their hair could not carry.
Density. How much hair you actually have, and where. This decides whether a row can be hidden or whether individual strands are the only sensible route.
Condition. Whether your hair is strong enough right now. Sometimes the answer is yes, but after some repair work.
How it falls. Your growth pattern, your parting, where your hair naturally sits. Placement follows this, not a diagram.
Colour. Matched in person under real light, never from a photo on a phone. If your own colour needs adjusting so the blend disappears, that is discussed here, before any hair is bought.
Your life. How you wear it, whether you are always in a ponytail, how often you can realistically get back in the chair. A method that does not fit your life is the wrong method, however good it looks.

You leave knowing which method suits your hair, what the whole thing costs, how long the appointment takes, and what the maintenance rhythm looks like.
You also leave knowing if the answer is not yet. That happens, and being told is better than being sold to.
Nothing is ordered and nothing is charged until you have that picture and you are happy with it.
Around 30 minutes for most people. Longer if your hair needs colour correction first, or if you are deciding between methods and want to talk it through properly.
No. The consultation exists so you can make a decision with real information. Hair is ordered specifically for you, so nothing is purchased until you have decided.
Inspiration photos are genuinely useful, including any you dislike, because knowing what you do not want narrows things fast. Come with your hair down and unstyled if you can, so your real texture and density are visible.
Not usually. Your hair is ordered and colour-matched specifically for you, which takes time to arrive. The consultation and the install are separate appointments for that reason.
Then that is what you will be told, along with what would need to change and roughly how long that takes. Installing on hair that cannot carry it helps nobody, and it is the fastest way to a bad outcome.
Yes. The studio is at 8450 Mentor Ave in Mentor, around 30 minutes east of downtown Cleveland, and clients travel in from across Greater Cleveland and Lake County.
